The opportunity for peace was there but somebody decided that war was the best way forward. The decision was not Zelensky’s to make.
Lives could have been saved. Makes you wonder what this whole bloodbath is really about. Definitely not about the people of Ukraine.
Was it about American weapons sales? Stopping the Nord Stream pipeline? NATO membership? Placating the Ukrainian fascists (Nazis) ? All of the above. None of the above?
