I wonder if the City of Thunder Bay is going to turn the fountain on when the cruise ship is in town? Not as a splash pad but as a fountain, which it is.
Noticed this boat slowly moving around the waterfront. Looking for something on the harbour bottom.
When they find something, they drop a marker

Crane lifts object out of water. I did not get a chance to see what they pulled as the wind swung the boats around blocking my view. I hope to see what it was later. They usually display the items down by the boat launch area later.
