Discarded. I guess this person did not require this sign any longer. That, or it wasn’t working. Don’t give any of these people cash. Give them food if you want to but not cash. I firmly believe that the cash does not go towards purchasing food. I believe that in reality, the cash is used to buy alcohol or drugs.
