Thunder Bay – Friday

Took a different camera out this morning.  Tried it out on the usual subject.  Turned out pretty good. Oranges and blues.

Waterfront hotel

Watergarden Pavilion.

The sky this morning

There are some clouds.  Maybe they will light up with colour.

What it looks like out there.

Mandatory lighthouse photo

Horizon is colouring up but the other clouds are not.

OK. Now something is happening with those clouds

Looks like this is good as its going to get.   Not bad.

Duck family.  I thought two was a handful.  I am sure that she had a few more youngsters in her brood only a few days ago.  Maybe I’m thinking of a different duck family.

The sun appears.

Lots of condoms.  Handed out for free. Your tax dollars at work. I can understand the rational.  You do not want the street urchins reproducing.

Soap bubble thing.

Trash in context. I am willing to bet that every piece of trash here was handed out for free by a taxpayer funded organization.

Premium lubricant. Of course.  I would expect nothing less.

I don’t know if either of these was opened. The water bottle was not for sure.  The Ensure?  Does not look like it.

Nice reflections

I have always believed that the trees that were planted around the fountain pond should have been umbrellas.  It would have avoided the whole  Annual autumnal  ‘leaves in the water ‘ period.  The trees  dropping their leaves require park staff to continuously have to remove them in the period leading up to the installation of the ice surface.

Extra work that was unnecessary.  Had designers used their brains and/or common sense this will have been clear.

If its white, how can it be a lilac?
