My understanding is that the goal of this contract is to remove all of the rebar and then crush all of the concrete debris left from the Pool 6 demolition.
These piles have been there for over 20 years. Its about time the city dealt with it. Those piles are home to a lot of wildlife. Should be interesting to see what scurries away when the piles are disturbed.
