Symbolic of the country right now. Canada is a battered wife right now with the US as the husband. The US treats Canada like shit. Reneges on signed contracts, adds tariffs on Canadian products for made up reasons and then tells us that it still loves us. Of course, Canada takes the abuse and goes back into the abusive relationship because there is no place for it to go. And then the cycle starts all over again.
Returning after a hard morning of paddleboarding.
I first thought this was a NWT licence plate. The one shaped like a polar bear but it was not.
Turns out that the iconic bear shaped licence plate became a target for thieves. Very popular plate for collectors.
Sunrays. I tied to get a half decent shot but it was hard for me. Its not my forte. I’m more of a trash guy.
Lighting is very subtle. You have to know what you are doing as far as exposure goes. Clearly, I do not.

These were the MV Viking Octantus passengers applauding the performance of the Thunder Bay Pipes and Drums.
Sadly, the applause only encouraged the performers to keep playing. An hour or so of bagpipe music is an hour or so too much.
In a parade…great. In a concert, no thanks. An hour of cats in heat.
