Getting ready for Family Day in Marina Park. This netting is placed under the bridge to keep the fish that are going to be stocked into the pond from escaping. The fish are put into the pond for the ice fishing activity.
Ice fishing on the pond, primarily for children I imagine, is one of many activities planned for Family Day.
