This year, there is a The No Snow, No Problem competition.

By offering a climate-ready option, the City aims to continue supporting artists and the community in celebrating creativity—regardless of winter weather conditions.
I expect sculpturing to start around next Wednesday/Thursday. Family Day is Monday, February 16.
