Thunder Bay – Monday

Cold. Very cold.  My cameras were not happy.  Not happy at all.   They were very hard to use.

I tried to take a couple of photos with the tripod but quickly packed it up.  Decided to handhold when an opportunity presented itself.  Of course, this was hard on my hands.

I need to figure out how to deal with this weather.

The wind was the worst thing.

The top of the clouds in the area where the sun will makes its appearance were starting to turn orange.

You can see the area just off of the foot of the giant.

Then we got this.

It did show up but was not producing much heat.

With the sun comes shadows.  Lots of contrast.  Good for black and whites.

Yes, it was as cold as it looks.

Shadows

Long shadows.

Trash in context.  I believe that, in Thunder Bay, discarded Tim Hortons cup are like spiders.  You are never more than 10 feet away from one.
