With no sunrise and some fresh snow, I thought I would try and take some photos using the contrast and shadows. This one is on the extreme side with intense blacks a bright whites. High contrast black and white.
This one is less contrasty. More background detail can be seen.
The same with this scene. High contrast

Still there. Santa did not leave anything for me under the tree. I will have to try harder to be a good citizen in 2026.
Stuff like this drives me crazy. I know, that I am nitpicking. But when a building was originally constructed built with symmetry in mind, to symmetrical., then when upgrades are made in the future, that symmetry needs to be continued.
At least try. Yes, this is close but its not good enough. I do not believe people care about such things any longer. Too bad.
