Crappy morning for photography. Out of desperation, I took these. They all suck.
After and during a rain event, there are reflections.
Beacuse a train was busy blocking the rail crossing into Marina Park, I took the pedestrian overpass.. This is what it looks like at this time of the morning. Its empty. Vandals are still in bed.
This is the eastern end. Its the end where all the hanging out takes place.

Nobody ever gets charged with any crime in the pedestrian overpass. There is no law there..
and yes, there is trash. The amount varies from day to day. I expect the weekend to be busy up here.
