Thunder Bay – Friday

Might be a jacket or something like that. Anyway, the person no longer required it.  Sooo, this person did what any rational person would do, you take it off and throw it on the ground.  If you need another jacket, there are places to go to get another for free.

Saves carrying this jacket around just in case its required.  A person can only carry sooo much.

Overcast this morning. Warm with little wind.

Not going to see the sunrise today.  Seeing that I am down here, I might as well take a few photos. See what happens. Nice refections.

Nothing going on out there.

Clouds breaking up a little.

Blue sky did show up eventually.  Long after sunrise.

Flowers’ days are numbered.

Clouds are all there is to photograph.

A favourite of the urban drinkers. Could be number one.

All the City of Thunder Bay has to do is put Dust Suppression into the contract documents.  Lay out the expectations and require contractors to explain how dust suppression will be carried out during construction.

The extra cost will be minimal if any at all.  In the meantime, the public is continually exposed to this crap.

The City of Thunder Bay could care less about the welfare of its residents.  It only views residents as a source of money. Taxes.  That’s it.

You pay your taxes and this is what you get in return. Its bullshit.

Suppressing dust created by cutting concrete and asphalt can be suppressed by using water.  Its that simple.

What is in a hole next to a hydro pole in the Cumberland Street construction area?

Tis was stuck on every post/pole in the downtown area.  Of course, they will not be removed later.

This needs to be dealt with by City Hall.  Seeing how the name of the organization is on the poster, demanding removal will be no problem,  Heavy fines for putting them up in the first place.  Even heavier fines for not removing them.

City Hall needs to get tough with things posted on poles and posts.  This city does need this stuff to make it look like crap.  It only makes the city look even crappier, if that is even possible.
