Its been a while since I photographed this.
Is this the woman who terrorizes the sidewalks with this ‘mobility scooter’? Its too big to drive on the sidewalk. It takes up the entire sidewalk.
The City of Thunder Bay needs to crack down on these ‘mobility scooters’ before people start to drive their ‘mobility cars’ on the sidewalk. A small compact car is not much bigger than this thing.
