Thunder Bay – Saturday – Not Fall Yet

Fall officially begins Monday, September 22 at 2:19 pm. EDT

I guess this is free for the taking.

Lines and light.  Colour…

or black and white. I think this one is better in black and white.

No name instant coffee….I guess if you are hard up and not overly picky about your coffee, it will do in a pinch.

I was not going to the lakeshore in time so I grabbed what shot I could get on my down there.  To get the colours, you need to get there at least 30 minutes before sunrise. Sixty minutes is better.

Anyway, this gives you some idea of what it looked like out there.

By time I got there, it looked like this.  The difference may be only 15 minutes.  The colours fade fast or, as in the case, the clouds moved in.

The gun on the HMCS Margaret Brooke.

Not sure…Might be for a grass trimmer?

What is in the bag?  I have no idea. I do not look inside. Not knowing leaves its contents up to the imagination.

Pointing people in the direction of the entrance to Bights Restaurant

In an art gallery patronized by clowns

Still a few left but they are small. This one is the size of a quarter.

Happy trash in context.

Smell the mitt?  Nope. It does not work for mitts.

A discarded bag. What was in there?  Who knows?

Left behind after the drone show last night.

There was some sunshine but it was waaaaaay over there.

Looks like there was going to be some sort of naval demonstration coinciding with the public touring the HMCS Margaret Brooke.

More naval personnel transferred onto the CCGS CAPE CHAILLON

Another HMCS Griffon inflatable passes the CCGS CAPE CHAILLON

Heading out past the lighthouse

They are also headed out past the lighthouse

Are they racing?

Another zooms past . Lots of naval activity going on today.

Voici le ballon

Interesting looking trash.  Looks fancy. Laying next to the railway tracks.  Is the contents drinkable?  Can’t see any other reason it would be there.

Water Street Transit Terminal so far

No foot inside.
