This is better than leaving the trash laying on the ground but why not take the next step and place this into a trash can?

Personal air filter. Removes smoke and odor. Smoke Buddy. I never knew this thing existed. You blow your cigarette smoke in one end, clean air comes out of the other. The lit cigarette is still producing smoke and odor.
Can you use it in reverse? Suck air through it to filter out smoke? Hmmmmm…
Gulls get into the Marina Park fountain that is used as a splash pad.

Another example of my hypothesis that the City of Thunder Bay is in itself a giant art gallery. Pieces of art can be found everywhere. Maybe something that can be marketed?
