Another building in the city that is being left to slowly fall into disrepair. This really makes a neighbourhood sparkle. Expropriate this building and put it to use.
Does this vehicle belong on the sidewalk? Just because its electric? I have seen one like this or it may have been this one driving on the sidewalk. It takes up the entire sidewalk.
They belong on the road.
Its a car. This is waaaaay beyond an ordinary mobility scooter. It belongs on the street.

There have been many. One a year on average, I believe. Contractor that did the work of replacing sewer and water lines plus paving did a really crappy job. Pretty sure that they are no longer around.
They were absolute crap.
