Blue Jay
Adult Blur Jays molt every summer. You will see bald Blue Jays flying around. This guy is somewhere in between. Not sure which we he/she/? is going.
Once I saw a Cardinal with a bald head. I had no idea what the hell it was. Nature is strange.

I see that the City of Kenora is going to try and expropriate the Kenricia Hotel. There are buildings in this city that I believe require the City of Thunder Bay to take some sort of action.
I think our high salaried residents of City Hall need to take a ‘use it or lose it’ approach to properties. The owner either uses the building or Cit Hall, takes ownership and sells it to someone who will.
All it takes is one building whose owner does not give a shit to make any improvements all the other businesses have made null and void. Expropriation needs to be kept in City Hall’s arsenal as a weapon.
