Looks like the Salvation Army food truck was in the Wilson Street Parkette. After consuming the food, instead of throwing the trash in the trash can located near by, they just left it on the benches. Typical Thunder Bay POS behviour.

I do not understand what goes through the minds of the city’s POS population. Maybe littering needs to be elevated to a more serious crime. Jail time.
Why? I believe the people that leave their trash laying around are people who have zero investment in this city. Could not care if the city succeeds or fails. They get their free stuff anyway.
