Thunder Bay – Wednesday

I should get into the ad business.   Last time I had a beer, Ice Beer did not exist.  I have no idea what it is.   Is it colder than regular beer?

Water bottle photo.  It seems to me that I have photographed this bottle before. How can I tell? There are discarded plastic water bottles laying all over the city.

Walk along the rail tracks. Collect the spilled grain. Grind it into flour. Bake a loaf of bread.

Now stop me if I am wrong but is this not a fountain?  Yes, kids run around it and get wet but it is a fountain.  It does what all fountains do. In fact, I am sure that the nozzles are computer controlled. This means that the fountain can be programed to spray water in patterns.  Maybe coordinated with music.

Sooo why is it not turned on in the morning?  Why is it not fountaining before it becomes a ‘splash pad’?   Buy a coffee at the hotel or wherever c coffee is still being sold in the park and sit on one of the benches and enjoy the fountain being a fountain.  Seems like a waste of money having it do nothing.

Trash in context. I get asked for one of these several times a week.

Nice morning. Slight breeze.

You just can’t get away from the trash that the city’s ever growing population of POSs discard everywhere.  Trash cans make zero difference.  The POSs do not care.  They just drop the trash when they are done with it.  Trash can or no trash can.
