Can the tree planting operation along Red River Road go any slower? They plant a couple of trees a day? Maybe? I was hoping that the Red River Road work would be completed this year, maybe even before summer ends. Right now, who knows?
Our high salaried residents of City Hall need to crack that whip and get the contractor to move it along. Businesses and customers want it finished.
