Looks like something was written there and then repainted. Were the city’s growing population of POSs busy defacing this mural? What reason do POS in Thunder Bay have to stop their vandalism? I don’t see anything.

More trees being planted in the Pool 6 area. The City of Thunder Bay has a problem with tree planting. Our high salaried residents of City Hall seem to forget that people come to the city for the view of the lake. Not the view of the trees blocking the view of the lake.
