Thunder Bay – Friday

Another clear sky morning. Cooler.

A murder of crows.  I think they were checking me out.  Looks like a scene from a movie.

I see this kind of thing once and a while. I wonder if crows have scheduled meetings.  Maybe a club or something. Masons?

Why do the urban campers always pick the nicest spots to setup camp?  Always around a water course or lake. They don’t go in the water. They can’t drink it.  They don’t have a boat.  Yet there they are.

And this is OK in the City of Thunder Bay.   I still do not understand how it got to this point where having people camping amongst their collection of junk located in some of most scenic parts of the downtown has become acceptable behaviour.

Nothing happening out there.

As far as wildlife goes, we still have the same Red-breasted Mergansers

and a Greater Scaup. I am waiting for the flowers and insects to show up. Until then, you are going to get a lot of bird and trash photos.

We are beginning to notice trash being left on the new north core benches that have just been installed.  Funny how that works. Build it and the trash will come.

I’m reusable….Someone did not get the message.  Is this better or worse than a plastic bag?
