Apparently drug users have rights. What rights? Drug users buy drugs from criminals. No drug users, then the drug trade would stop. Sooo, keeping those drug users purchasing drugs, because they have rights, is supporting the illegal drug trade.
The drug users get the money to buy drugs how? I’m guessing that much of that drug buying money is a result of some criminal activity. Stealing. Also, begging is a nice income stream as well. Do not give the beggars any money. It all goes towards the purchase of drugs and alcohol.
The police is busy trying to put a stop to the very profitable drug trade in this city. Here, we have an organization that is doing its best to keep that drug trade going. Supporting crime. I guess crime has rights.
