There is a saying that you can’t make a silk purse out of a pig’s ear. No matter how hard you try to make the city more attractive, there is always a group of POSs that will do their best to undermine your efforts.
What was gained by this act? Nothing. No penalty for doing this. Why stop? There are too many people living in this city that have no stake its its success on any level. The POSs will get their free stuff no matter how things go for the City of Thunder Bay.
Fire Department back for their regular visit to the DSSAB shithole at the corner of Cumberland and Water Street intersection. A fire alarm was ringing inside the building. The trucks left shortly after I took this photo. No fire.

The mistake-on-the-lake today
Nothing much going on out there.
There are a couple of these in the north core downtown area.
Beggars busy begging at the entrance to Freshco. Its a daily occurrence. They want money. Not food. What makes this beggar duo is that they are in possession of a shopping cart that was taken from this location before it became Freshco. It used to be a Safeway. Stealing shopping carts is no longer a crime. Why not?
