Decided to take a walk down to the former Great Lakes Timber site. Work has been going on there for a while now

Why does the city allow these “campers” to collect all of this stuff? I see a couple of shopping carts there. Possession of stolen merchandise ? Pretty sure that these shopping carts are stolen. Where are the police?
This crap needs to be removed right now. People cannot be allowed to accumulate piles of junk on public land. Nip it in the bud. Get in there and haul it all away. Tents and only tents. Anything else needs to be hauled away immediately.

Shitsville. This city has no chance of rising above the Shitsville status it has. Vandalism especially using spray paint is epidemic. You cannot make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear…no matter many cruise ships show up. There is a population of POSs that do not care. They have no worry about facing punishment for vandalizing everything they see. None.
