I see the City of Thunder Bay has started building some affordable housing. Not sure what the rent is for this studio apartment but you can’t argue with the location. Utilities are extra. I understand its net carbon neutral as well.

Probably a loading dock? Would have been great to get the sun rising in that opening but the sun has not risen over that part od the giant in weeks.

You can always tell when you are near a bus stop by the amount of trash laying around. Nobody in their right mind would want a bus stop anywhere near their property. We are dealing with disgusting POSs here.
