Thunder Bay – Thursday – Last Day Of November – Day of Remembrance for all Victims of Chemical Warfare

A promising morning sky

Nice scattered clouds

Maybe in the not too distant future, that lighthouse will be part of Doors Open Ontario.  Fingers crossed.

Sadly there is a wall of solid clouds over the giant.  I think this might hamper getting nice colour in the clouds.

Nice but there was such much more potential

I’ll take it.

and so the day begins

Pouring some of that “net carbon neutral” concrete out of a series of “net carbon neutral” diesel powered truck on the site of the future “net carbon neutral” waterfront art gallery.  Soon, all of the “net carbon neutral structural steel will be erected.

This is what people who use the portable pit toilets in Marina Park have to look forward to every day.   This city is disgusting.

Shopping cart.

Someone got creative with this log.

Just hand out bottles of Ensure to  whoever wants it.  Nobody asks who is going to pay to supply this to people forever. Yes, forever.  I have never heard anyone explain exactly what the goal is.   It can’t be to supply food, shelter and clothing for hundreds if not thousands of people, at the taxpayers’ expense …forever.

What you will see is more and more people go for the free food, housing and clothing. Why work?   Really. Why bother?   The “solution” only makes the problem worse. People are being incentivized to not work. Not get a job.

OK. some have mental issues.  Still, what is the goal here?  Forever welfare is not the answer.  Its financially impossible to maintain.
