Almost a full moon
Once the sun gets too high, it loses its orange/yellow colour and become mostly white. Sooo sunrises have the blue hour which transforms into golden hour. That is why to photograph sunrises, you need to be onsite at least an hour before sunrise. Sunset is just the opposite. Sunsets are sunrises for people who don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.
Looks like some late Friday festivities had taken place here.

Happens all the time especially when there is a statuary holiday. Trash cans WITH LIDS should be mandatory. Trash was put out yesterday BUT because yesterday was a holiday, trash day was moved ahead to Thursday.
Hopefully the people who own this trash will pick it up, but I am not holding my breath. This is Thunder Bay after all.
