Just looks sooo out of place on our pitifully neglected and mostly industrial wasteland of a waterfront. No work takes place on our waterfront unless there is a gift of free cash from senior levels of government. You do know that the City of Thunder Bay gets around $20 million annually from TbayTel. Money that could be used to pay for “nice to haves”. “Must haves” should be paid for out of taxes.
The quality of painted rocks has dropped dramatically over the past year or so.

Why?
This city will never be more than it is now. There are too many social knuckledraggers keeping it borderline shitsville status. Too many people who have no stake in whether Thunder Bay succeeds or fails. They get their free money, free housing, free food and free clothing anyway.
Gay month will soon be over.
