The Pearl Street shithole is now a murder site. Bulldoze the place to the ground. FYI, the place next door is for sale. Just in case you want to live next door to a shithole where a murder just took place.

Sigh. Why the City of Thunder Bay does not require ALL contractors to at least to attempt to apply dust suppression techniques such as using water, is beyond me. This shows you just how little our high salaried residents of City Hall actually care about the public. Minimizing the dust from cutting concrete and asphalt would cost little.
