Thunder Bay – Sunday – First Day Of Summer

I don’t plan on taking anymore sunrise photos during the summer. Taking a break from that. I will still be taking photos and posting photos. Just starting a little later in the morning. We will see how it goes.

First sunrise of summer.

Clouds are menacing

Using a fisheye lens and some photoshop work

Mandatory lighthouse photo

Getting artsy. I want to try some different compositions,

A touch of colour starting to show up

Might be an OK sunrise.  Does not look like we will have a repeat of yesterday though.

Sky heating up

Some side colour in the cloud formation

Sunlight bouncing off some rain showers. No rainbow.

Its the reflections that make this scene

There is the sun

Looks like a pelican out there
And so summer begins

Orange shirts are ‘every child matters’ if I am not mistaken.

More and more plants are flowering now

More crab apple trees

A goose daycare?

Dandelions are almost gone for the season. There will always be some stragglers around.
Common Loon

Paddleboarder. I am more of a ‘sit down when paddling’ type of person.

For some reason, some days in Marina Park have a large number of geese present while other days there are none. Lots around today.

Water bottle photo

What’s left of the timber wall that used exist around the Tai Chi parking lot that is now under construction. Does not look like any of the wood was salvaged.

Trash in context

I like the shadows

Sun reflecting off of a window.
