As of 6:30 am, no homeless people had moved in. It had only been open for 30 minutes, so it was still early. I expect loiters will start loitering inside especially on rainy days. Cold days in the winter.

There is a beaver at work in Marina Park. Trees are sufferering. I wonder what goes through the beaver’s head when it sees how many birches have been cut down.

This looks like land but I believe its floating stuff. Stuff still caught up in some ice. It looks tree debris such as branches etc. The beaver would have a field day out there.

Trash in context. Someone collected some park trash and hung the bag here. Could have put it in the trash can which is only a few metres away but I guess this is a step in the right direction. We are not all the way there yet, but maybe, just maybe, we are getting closer to putting trash in trash cans.
