Thunder Bay – Wednesday – New Years Eve

Not going to get much of a sunrise this morning so I thought I would try and get a decent shot of this scene.  I have tried before but I think this one is better.  I might be getting the hang of this photography thing.

Same scene in black and white.

The usual subjects

If there wad going to be any colour in the sky this morning, it may be over here. We have some blue sky there. A cloud edge.

Did not work out this morning. Many mornings you get some pink at sunrise over here. Not today.

Nothing going on out there. Ther cloud layer seems to be breaking up sooo maybe later we may see something.

Nothing yet.

Then this happened

Things can change sooo fast.  You can’t give up on the sky too soon.

Better than nothing.  Looks like it will be a nice day…except cold.

Someone built a snow fort.  Makes a nice foreground object.

The crow just happen to get in the photo. It was happy to see me.  Actually, it was happy to see the peanuts that I leave for them.  It could care less about me.

A discarded piece of clothing. What is it?  I am not touching it. Full of cooties. Frozen cooties but cooties none the less.

and the beauty is that once the asshole decides to finally move the vehicle, he/she/? does not have to clear the snow that is left on the street.  Life is good.

Water bottle photo

Pedestrians in Thunder Bay need to be in good shape.  Lots of hills to climb.  Some people are not able to climb over these barriers but so what? Our high salaried residents of City Hall just say…Fuck Them!.  Its the cars that are important.

The rodas are clear and that is all that matters. Sidewalks?  Who gives a shit?
