Of course. Just push the snow from your driveway onto the newly cleared sidewalk. Its not like people use the sidewalk.
Private plow operators, the ones that clear snow from parking lots and driveways are assholes. That or they are really, really stupid…or both.
Our high salaried residents of City Hall need to come up with a bylaw that will inflict a huge fine on plow jockeys that do this. $1000 for each infraction.
It would stop very quickly.
