Going to see the sun this morning. Winter solstice happening a little over an hour after sunrise.
Not a lot of colour but there is some
The ice looks incredible. Not sure why it looks like this but it makes a great foreground.

The sun is making its way through the clouds

The wind blew all of the loose snow away leaving only my boot prints.

One thing about this time of year is that you do not have to worry about your beer getting warm.
