Its going to take the sun a while to clear that cloud bank. Hope the camera lasts that long. It is not liking the cold.
Mean looking clouds
A sign that things are about to happen.
When you have a solid wall of clouds, colour at the tips is about all you can hope for.
The sun does finally peek through.
That ice on the surface was not there a day or two ago.
The ‘mistake-on-the-lake’ is starting to look like the McVicar Creek Campers Association. Lots of tarps. Orange tarps.
Sun was providing heat when the wind was not blowing. The wind was miserable. My understanding is that it ids going to get colder.
