The city is one giant trash can. More and more people are leaving their trash laying around even if there is a trash can nearby. You want people to move here? Stop this behaviour.
Get people to respect this city. Place trash in the proper container. Stop depositing cigarette butts onto the ground. Why is this a thing?
You can’t walk anywhere in this city and not be in sight of a cigarette butt.
