Crystal clear sky. Coo temp, no wind. We have a very smooth water surface.
Not a lot to photograph out there.
Waiting for the sun.
Its what there is.
This photo is nice. The geese moved into the shot.
Here comes the sun.
I decided to move to get the sun behind the lighthouse.
You end up with something like this
As the sun got higher, the light began to envelop the lighthiuse.
Eventually, the sun got sooo bright that lighthouse disappeared.
And sooo, the day begins. You can see a beaver swimming by.
The golden hour cranks the colour of the leaves to 11.
Sailing season is coming to an end. The marina is now closed for the season.
This is red.
The morning sky
Roundabout so far.
Evidence of a possible rapture event. I am still here.
My understanding is that the McVicar Creek Campers Association are looking for more firewood. Will they start cutting down trees? Maybe the ‘unhoused/addicts/mentally-ill’ industrial complex will give the Association access to a chainsaw. Lots of trees along the creek and Marina Park.
Trash in context. Remember that drink alcoholic beverages in Thunder Bay Parks is completely legal. I have yet to see the police enforce any law against public consumption of alcohol.
