For a mere $23 million, you can own this… Its a bit of a fixer-upper but it is very roomy. Great view as well.
I am sure that the view outside of a museum is less important than the view inside. As well, I expect that locating the building on the shores of Lake Superior must have required additional HVAC costs as temperature and humidity must be tightly controlled in an ar gallery.
There are some elaborate camp sites along McVicar Creek. What is going to happen to all the camping stuff once winter sets in and everyone leaves? Is it trash or will it be packed away for next year?
The centre of the roundabout will be some vegetation. Grass? Flowers? Tents? Will someone setup camp there next yera?
Cumberland Street is still a long way from being ready for paving.
Is it? Is it really a human right? Housing and shelter are two completely different words. Does the family of the ‘unhoused/addicted/mentally-ill’ not have any responsibility? I assume that there was a sperm donor and a sperm receiver involved.
I guess we live in a world now where people just pop out kids and then let the government deal with them. The sperm donor and sperm receiver can then just walk away.

Trash in context. You do know that those medical masks do not protect you from viruses. Right? Their purpose is to stop bacteria. Viruses are waaaaaaay too small. You need to use an N95 respirator style mask and then they must make an airtight seal around your nose and mouth. No bears or mustaches. OK, maybe a small mustache.
