Tug escorting MV Ratcliffe R Latimer into the harbour. The tug is from Sault Ste Marie.
Something definitely wrong with the ship. You can see the exhaust from the tug Glenada as it guns its engine.
The ship had three tugs involved at one point. The tug that escorted the ship, into the bay, eventually left and headed back to Sault Ste Marie. The Latimer is now docked at the former CN ore dock. Might have had an issue with its steering.
