OK. Caused by gulls or humans? There are people who rummage through trash cans looking for bottles and cans that can be returned for the deposit.
Anyway, this being the weekend, will anyone cleanup this mess before Monday?

This is one of the favourite dining spots in the north core. The diners leave their trash behind. They seem to have money to buy stuff. None of what I see here is considered healthy in my book.

Sunken Garden at Hillcrest Park is getting its flowers for the summer. They will be there for a couple of months before they get removed.

Lots of people using the stairs leading from Bay Street to Hillcrest Park. They are using as an exercise machine replacement. I used the stairs for the purpose they were constructed, to walk from Hillcrest Park down to Bay Street. I was in the way. People passing me going up and going down the stairs. They were in a hurry.
Nobody around all week. Nobody around all winter. Today, it was packed.
