Still closed. Like I said yesterday, why is the intersection closed when no work is taking place? Why does it take sooo long to install the traffic lights? I would think that our high salaried residents of City Hall would require the contractor to keep intersection closed to traffic as little as possible. Local businesses are negatively affected by the lack of vehicular traffic.
Another example of just how little concern City Hall has for the population. You know, the people who pay their salaries?
