 Hahahahahahahahaha, Seriously? $5  billion? Only $5 billion? That’s $50 million per  FN. There is no way. Just no way.  Its insane. The treaties were not meant to be a cradle to grave welfare system. It might not be officially called ‘welfare’ but that’s what it has become.  Sad.
