I wonder what these art gallery people are doing to raise the millions still needed to complete the funding goal? By the way, just what id the funding goal? What is the final cost of this building? Nobody knows.
That is the beauty of taxpayer funded projects. Budgets do not mean anything. Whatever it costs in the end, the taxpayer will pay.
