Thunder Bay – Friday – Last Day Of February

Tried to take a photo and the flash went off.  Ended up with this. Almost looks like a photo taken by the Hubble Space Telescope. I took this while taking shelter along side of a building.  There was no way I could take a photo otherwise. It was snowing too hard.
