Clearing the Thunder Bay streets of snow is hampered by parked vehicles
The thing is that the owners of the parked vehicles have zero responsibility to clear the snow where the vehicle was parked. They should have to do so. Taxpayers pay to clear the snow. Parked cars get in the way.

I thought that maybe we might see some colour appear. That did not happen.
Taxpayers pay to clear the sidewalks. Private companies clearing parking lots push the snow onto the sidewalk.
The King of Waverley Park sets up his tent where ever it suits his fancy. Surprised more campers are not using Waverley Park because it does have several electricity outlets that are free to use.
The location is central to free food and free internet access plus free electricity.
