Its an injection site where people inject themselves with illegal drugs. THAT is what it is. You can sugar coat it all you want.
Not sure anyone one would want that anywhere near a school. I don’t think anyone would want any such thing in their neighbourhood.
The bricks can’t be painted sooo the yellow line will be yellow bricks. It will be interesting to see how it will look like after it goes around all of those curves. Pixelated. Sort of like a n 8-bit video game.
