Nice that these workers managed to get some paint onto the railing. Its a disgusting mess and looks like crap. I expect more from our city’s workers. It would be nice if their supervisors and managers did too. Its obvious that these workers did not give a shit about what they were doing or how it looked.
Had a private company been hired to do this, this mess will not have happened.
