Thunder Bay – Saturday – First Day Of June

Does not look like work will continue on the site of the former Finnish Labour Temple

Pride month begins. Maybe sometime in the future, Pride month can be cut down to Pride week?  Nobody needs to party for a month.

Another reusable shopping bag busy saving the planet.

Our high salaried residents of City Hall need to do something about this crap left on public infrastructure.

Discarded clothing

More discarded clothing.

and they say there is no romance left in the world….Ur Hot And Cool…..brings a tear to my eye.

Nothing screams love more than spray painting someone’s property. Love Thunder Bay style.

Are they still Christmas lights in June?

First day of paid parking in Marina Park.  This person knows exactly what to do.  Do not park in the parking lots.

Nobody parking here

Machine in boat launch parking lot.  I do not think that a person in a wheelchair can operate that machine. $2/hour

Machine in the Market Square lot.  This is the lot that families trying to enjoy the fountain’s ‘splash pad’  will have the honour of paying $3 an hour to park their vehicle.

The machine located in the lot next to the Camelot Street entrance. $2 per hour

Another partially consumed bottle of Coca Cola.

The Festival area lot does not have a machine as of yet

Future location of the Festival area parking machine?   Locating it at the north end of the lot  makes zero sense. These machines are almost all located in a central location.  Expecting someone to walk from one end of the lot to the other in order to pay is a bit much. Central location is better.

Maybe this is not going to be the location. I will let you know when its set up.
