You can see that the ship on the right, the MV Algoma Strongfield, has exhaust coming out of its smoke stack. Something is running. Probably a generator. That means some crew members are on board.
I wonder if these are being handed out to some of the city’s street urchins? I se a few empties now and then. These meal replacement drinks have a fair amount of sugar in them.
